Offshore Drilling Supervisor | 28 x 28 RotationWe are seeking an experienced Offshore Drilling Supervisor to lead safe, efficient and high-performing drilling operations in a challenging offshore environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HSE performance and culture as the designated HSE Site Authority Delegate (SAD).Co-lead SIMOPS on live production platforms, including operations in H₂S environments.Supervise drilling, completion and intervention programs in line with HSE, operational and statutory requirements.Lead offshore teams and mentor less-experienced personnel.Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Geology, Reservoir and other disciplines.Review permits, JSAs and risk assessments and ensure robust preparation for SIMOPS.Direct drilling contractors and service companies and personally oversee critical or high-risk operations.Drive operational performance, efficiency, cost control and timely well delivery.Analyze live operational data, identify improvement opportunities and implement lessons learned.Coordinate offshore logistics and participate in emergency/crisis response when required.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.10–15 years of relevant experience as a Drilling Supervisor.Strong experience in horizontal wells, with ERD experience highly desirable.Proven SIMOPS exposure, preferably on crowded/live production facilities.Valid IWCF Level 4 – Surface or Subsea certification.Valid OPITO-approved T-BOSIET.Fluent English with strong communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-hazard offshore drilling environment.Position Details📍 Offshore | Rotational🔄 28 days on / 28 days off⏱️ 12-hour day/night shifts👥 Offshore environment of approximately 100–150 POB
