We are passionate about innovation, operational excellence, environmental stewardship, and producing one of the world's finest oysters.Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Offshore Operations Controller to join immediately our Operations team in Dibba, Fujairah. This is a key operational role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day offshore farming activities, ensuring the safe and efficient management of vessels, barge operations, offshore crews, harvesting activities, and environmental monitoring.The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong maritime background, capable of managing offshore operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily offshore operations and barge crews. Supervise harvesting, farming and offshore production activities. Ensure safe operation and maintenance of vessels, barges, machinery and offshore equipment. Coordinate daily work plans and optimize offshore resources to achieve production targets. Monitor environmental conditions and support water quality and biological monitoring activities. Ensure compliance with Company SOPs, food safety standards, HSE requirements and environmental regulations. Monitor oyster stock, production performance, mortality and operational KPIs. Maintain effective communication with the Farm Manager.Lead, coach and develop offshore teams while promoting a strong safety culture. Prepare operational reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marine Science, Aquaculture, Maritime Operations, or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant maritime and offshore certifications are considered a strong advantage. Minimum 5 years' experience in offshore operations, aquaculture, commercial marine operations, or a similar maritime environment. Previous experience managing offshore teams and vessel operations. Strong knowledge of offshore equipment, marine maintenance and aquaculture operations. Good understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements. Experience working in multicultural teams within demanding operational environments. Mandatory RequirementsValid UAE 24-Metre Vessel Licence (24M). Valid VHF (Marine Radio Operator) Certificate. First Aid & CPR Certification. Fluent English (spoken and written). Must be flexible and willing to work day and night shifts, as required by the Company's operational needs.
