HeavyTech Experts, a provider of offshore pedestal crane maintenance, inspection and winch overhaul services, is building its team for long-term offshore crane maintenance. Our workshop is in Dammam Industrial Area 2, KSA.Open positions1. Offshore Support EngineerBachelor’s degree in Mechanical EngineeringAt least 5 years of offshore experience in pedestal crane maintenance, troubleshooting and major repairsPrepares technical reports, method statements, lifting plans and maintenance recordsSupports the site team on breakdowns, failure analysis and OEM technical issues2. Offshore Crane SupervisorAt least 5 years of offshore experience on pedestal cranes, including 2 years or more in a supervisory roleAPI RP 2D qualifiedLeads crane maintenance teams and plans PM work, and controls permit-to-work, toolbox talks and HSE complianceHands-on experience with Sparrows, Oil States, American Aero, Liebherr and/or Favelle Favco cranes3. Offshore Crane InspectorAPI RP 2D Qualified InspectorAt least 5 years of offshore crane inspection experiencePerforms periodic and annual inspections, wire rope and structural checks, and load test witnessing to API RP 2DGood knowledge of API Spec 2C; LEEA or third-party inspection background is an advantage4. Offshore Crane Technicians (Mechanical / Hydraulic / Electrical)At least 5 years of offshore experience in pedestal crane maintenanceAPI RP 2D training certificatePreventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulics, slew systems, wire ropes, safe load indicators and control systems5. Specialized Winch Overhaul Technicians (Workshop – Dammam)At least 5 years of experience in full strip-down, inspection, repair and reassembly of crane winchesExperience with Braden (and/or Liebherr winches: planetary gearboxes, brakes, sprag clutches and hydraulic motorsLoad and line-pull testing and preparation of overhaul reportsRequirements for all offshore positionsValid offshore certificates: BOSIET/FOET (OPITO), H2S, and an offshore medical certificateGood written and spoken EnglishGulf (GCC) offshore experience is a strong advantage
