OFSAA Project Manager (Cost Allocation & FTP)

Project OverviewThe project involves the implementation of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), with a focus on the Cost Allocation and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) modules.The selected candidate will support the client in enhancing profitability, cost allocation, and transfer pricing capabilities through a structured OFSAA implementationKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end-to-end delivery of OFSAA implementation projects.Oversee implementation of Cost Allocation and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) modules.Manage multiple workstreams including functional, technical, data, testing, and deployment.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking.Coordinate with hybrid teams (onsite and remote) to ensure smooth execution.Provide regular status updates, reporting, and presentations to stakeholders.Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies.Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and timelines.Act as a key point of contact for senior client stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience15+ years of experience in project management, preferably in financial services.Proven experience managing OFSAA implementation projects.Hands-on expertise in:OFSAA Cost AllocationOFSAA Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)Strong understanding of:Banking financeProfitability analysisCost allocation methodologiesTransfer pricing conceptsFamiliarity with OFSAA:ArchitectureData modelConfigurationTesting & implementation lifecycleExperience managing cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage delivery in a hybrid (onsite + remote) model.Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive risk identification.
