We're looking for full-time interns to join our Asia-Pacific Actuarial team based in Hong Kong for a six-month internship from January to June 2027. You'll work on live client projects with our actuarial consultants, with real responsibility from your first month. During the internship you will:Join our Asia-Pacific Actuarial team and work with colleagues in Singapore and Tokyo on projects across the regionWork alongside Oliver Wyman Insurance Consulting, Mercer, and the wider Marsh Group in Hong Kong. Our clients include leading insurers, reinsurers, investment banks, regulators, and private equity firms.Potential projects may include:Analysis of financial projectionsInsurance mergers & acquisitionsCapital markets transactions supportProduct developmentFinancial reportingAssumption pricingModel methodology reviewPotential responsibilities may include:Create client and industry presentations, marketing materials, surveys, and case studiesWork in partnership with our management consulting and strategy practiceContribute to sales revenue through developing proposals and delivering client pitch meetingsDevelop thought leadership, including oversight and/or creation of intellectual capitalOperate with a high degree of personal responsibility and accountability for the maintenance of a portfolio of clientsSkills and AttributesStrong preference for candidates with prior actuarial internship experience, consulting and client management experienceGood progression on actuarial examsTrack record of rapid learning, high performance, and professional growthKnowledge of the life insurance market in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Southeast Asia, including insurance regulations or reporting bases, such as Hong Kong RBC, Singapore RBC2, IFRS-17, etc is an advantageKnowledge in actuarial modelling software (e.g. Prophet or Moddy’s Analytics AXIS TM)Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent time management skillsDeep critical-thinking skills and problem-solving abilityHighly motivated individual and willingness to work in a dynamic environment independentlyStrong written and oral communication skill in EnglishApplicationPlease combine below documents into 1 PDF file: CVAll academic transcriptsand email to Seyrence Lee (seyrence.lee@oliverwyman.com) by 6 November 2026.
