Shipping & Order Management Manage shipment planning, order fulfillment, and operational issues. Ensure compliance with global import and export regulations. Production & Material Coordination Coordinate with Procurement and PMC teams on production and material schedules. Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery. Forecast & Reporting Track weekly forecasts and shipment reports. Analyze monthly revenue and profit reports and provide updates to the Sales Team and management. AR & Credit Management Maintain positive customer relationships and resolve PO, AR, billing, invoicing, and accounting issues. Follow up on credit and payment-related matters. Process Improvement Review operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Sales & OA Support Support the Sales Team with OA-related and administrative tasks.
