Omnichannel Commerce & Modern Retail LeadHimalayan Pine Company (HPCo), the consumer brand of Vasshin Composites Pvt. Ltd., is building a new category of products from the Himalayan forest—turning invasive pine biomass and Himalayan botanicals into thoughtfully designed consumer products that connect Forest, People & Life. Our portfolio spans healthy snacks, botanical foods and beverages, low-sugar caramels, cookies, honey, botanical perfumes and pine-based tableware. The Role | We are looking for a commercially aggressive omnichannel operator who understands how products actually get onto shelves, screens and shopping baskets—and how they become revenue. This is not a desk-based digital marketing role or a pure distributor-management role. You should have spent time in the trenches with buyers, category managers, retailers, marketplaces and distributors, and know how to identify whitespace before someone tells you where it is. You will own HPCo's expansion across Modern Trade, E-commerce, Quick Commerce and international marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, ONDC, Noon, Lazada, Shopee, Yandex and other relevant regional platforms, alongside physical modern and premium retail including Reliance Smart Bazaar, Reliance Fresh, Freshpik, Smart Point, D-Mart, More, Spencer's, Nature's Basket, Tata Star Bazaar, Star Market, SPAR, Modern Bazaar, Le Marche, Ratnadeep, Magson, Sodhi Supermart, 24Seven, Lulu Hypermarket, Vishal Mega Mart, Metro Cash & Carry, Namaste India, Food Stories, Sugar & Spice and other regional premium supermarket and gourmet formats. The person should be comfortable moving between a category-manager meeting, a modern-trade store, a quick-commerce dashboard, an e-commerce catalogue and a distributor's sales floor—and understand how the commercial opportunity changes across each.Merchandising & Commercial Architecture | You must be rigorous about merchandising, bundling and pack-price architecture. You should understand why a product is ₹499 rather than ₹532, when a ₹999 pack should become a ₹1,499 pack, how a bundle changes perceived value, which SKU should be the hero, and how assortment and pricing should change by channel. You should be capable of translating those decisions into the right pack sizes, formats, bundles, price points and visual merchandising for each channel rather than simply taking the same catalogue everywhere. What You Will Own | Build direct relationships with category managers, buyers and commercial teams; identify the right platforms, retailers and geographies for each HPCo category; negotiate listings, commercials, margins, promotions and visibility; manage launches and catalogue onboarding; identify whitespace in categories, channels, price points and geographies; and decide where HPCo should be present, where it should not, and which SKUs belong in which channel. You should genuinely enjoy the buyer ecosystem—building relationships with category managers, meeting them at industry conferences, retail events and trade forums, understanding what is moving in their categories and using those relationships to discover opportunities before they become obvious. You will work across physical and digital shelves, understanding that a product may need a different pack, price, assortment, story or promotional architecture on Amazon, Blinkit, an airport store, a premium supermarket or Noon in the UAE.What We Are Looking For | Someone who can walk into a buyer meeting and understand the business immediately. You should know how category managers think, how listings actually get approved, how trade economics work, how retailers make money and what causes a SKU to win or disappear. We are particularly interested in someone who can say:"Everyone is doing X here. The whitespace is Y, and HPCo can own it."You should be equally comfortable discussing primary sales, secondary sales, sell-through, margins, inventory, fill rates, trade spends, digital shelf visibility, search behaviour, assortment, pricing and channel economics. What Success Looks Like | The measure is profitable omnichannel revenue—quality listings, productive SKUs, strong availability, healthy reorder rates, increasing account revenue, controlled trade spends and expansion into additional platforms, retailers and geographies.Compensation & Wealth Creation | ₹1,00,000 per month take-home, with no deductions + Executive Performance Bonus of up to ₹18 lakh annually + eligibility for PEU grants with a potential reference value of up to ₹1 Crore, linked to agreed enterprise milestones.
