Team members are encouraged to bring fresh ideas, communicate effectively, and contribute to a dynamic and professional studio environment.Role DescriptionThe On-Camera Studio Presenter will be responsible for presenting and hosting a variety of studio-based video content for Genuslab Technologies' digital platforms and promotional activities.The successful candidate must be confident, articulate, energetic, and comfortable in front of a camera, with the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with different types of audiences.Day-to-day responsibilities will include:Presenting scripted and unscripted video content in a clear, confident, and engaging manner.Hosting and conducting interview sessions with guests, clients, professionals, business owners, and other relevant personalities.Preparing for and conducting interviews by researching topics, preparing questions, and maintaining a natural flow of conversation.Presenting product and service reviews, demonstrations, explanations, and promotional content.Presenting promotional and advertising videos for Genuslab Technologies and its clients.Hosting educational, technology-focused, business, and lifestyle-related video segments.Collaborating with the production, marketing, and creative teams to develop engaging video content.Following scripts, presentation briefs, talking points, and production instructions while maintaining a natural delivery.Communicating complex or technical information in a simple, understandable, and engaging manner.Maintaining good camera presence, body language, facial expression, voice projection, and professional appearance.Participating in rehearsals, retakes, voiceovers, and other studio production activities when required.Engaging naturally with guests and interviewees while maintaining control and direction of interview sessions.Contributing ideas for new video concepts, presentation formats, interview topics, and promotional content.Adapting presentation style to suit different audiences, platforms, subjects, and types of content.Working closely with camera operators, editors, producers, marketing personnel, and other members of the production team.Maintaining professionalism and punctuality during studio sessions and scheduled productions.This is a full-time, on-site position based in Utako, Abuja.Qualifications & SkillsExcellent on-camera presentation and communication skills.Strong ability to host and conduct interviews confidently and professionally.Clear, audible, and well-modulated voice with excellent pronunciation and articulation.Strong ability to read and deliver scripts naturally without sounding overly rehearsed.Confident, energetic, and engaging personality.Ability to ask relevant questions, listen actively, and maintain a natural conversation during interviews.Ability to present products, services, advertisements, reviews, and educational content effectively.Strong verbal communication, storytelling, and audience-engagement skills.Good improvisation skills and the ability to remain composed when things do not go according to script.Comfortable speaking directly to the camera and interacting with guests.Ability to research topics and prepare adequately before interviews and presentations.Professional appearance and strong body language.Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with production and creative teams.Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment involving rehearsals, retakes, and time-sensitive productions.Previous experience in TV presenting, YouTube content creation, corporate presentations, interviewing, product reviews, advertising, acting, journalism, media production, or similar roles is highly beneficial.Relevant education or training in Media, Mass Communication, Communications, Performing Arts, Journalism, Theatre Arts, or related fields is an advantage.Application ProcessQualified candidates should submit their CV and evidence of previous video presentation, hosting, interviewing, or related media work to:dev@genuslabtechnologies.comApplicants are encouraged to provide a showreel, video samples, links to previous presentations, interviews, product reviews, promotional videos, or other relevant content demonstrating their ability to confidently engage an audience on camera.
