Courses are offered both online and face-to-face, providing flexible learning options for diverse student needs. 4Level1 teaches students across the Middle East remotely, while in-person classes are delivered in the Riyadh region, creating a dynamic and multicultural learning environment.Role Description The On-Site Senior English Instructor is a full-time role based in the Riyadh region. This position involves planning and delivering high-quality English lessons that align with CEFR standards and 4Level1’s communicative approach. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and materials, teaching face-to-face classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The instructor will support curriculum implementation, mentor junior instructors when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching practices and course content. The role also requires collaborating with the academic team to ensure consistent teaching quality and participating in professional development activities.Qualifications Strong English Teaching and Language Teaching skills, with the ability to address diverse learner needs.Demonstrated Teaching and Education experience, preferably in CEFR-aligned or similar international programs.Effective Writing skills for preparing lesson materials, assessments, and learner feedback.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., DELTA, MA TESOL) are an advantage.Proven experience teaching adults or young adults, ideally in EFL/ESL settings and in multicultural classrooms.Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered approach.Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh region and adapt to local cultural and educational contexts.Experience with both communicative and skills-based teaching methods; familiarity with CEFR levels and assessment is highly beneficial.
