Courses support learners in achieving academic, professional, and social success by fostering confidence and fluency. 4Level1 offers both online and face-to-face classes to students across the Middle East, with on-site classes delivered in Riyadh.Role Description The On-Site Senior English Instructor is a full-time role based at 4Level1’s Riyadh location. The instructor will plan and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with CEFR levels, using communicative and learner-centered methodologies. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting face-to-face classes for adults and young adults, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The instructor will also support curriculum development, mentor junior instructors, participate in professional development, and contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Education and curriculum implementation.Candidates should possess effective Writing skills for creating teaching materials and student feedback.Advanced proficiency in English (near-native or native-level fluency), with strong classroom management skills.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TEFL, TESOL) is highly beneficial.Proven experience teaching CEFR-aligned courses and working with diverse adult and young adult learners.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site in Riyadh.
