On-Site Upwork Bidder / Proposal Writer – Bookkeeping & Accounting Services

We are seeking an experienced Upwork bidder and proposal writer to help grow our bookkeeping and accounting practice. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of writing high-converting, personalized proposals for freelance bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online (QBO), reconciliation, and financial reporting services.Responsibilities: Identify and shortlist relevant Upwork job postings, then craft tailored, non-templated proposals that speak directly to each client's specific needs and pain points. Maintain a consistent, professional tone in polished English, follow up on submitted proposals, and coordinate with our team to align messaging with our service offerings.Requirements: Demonstrated success winning bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related contracts on Upwork. Excellent written English and strong persuasive writing skills. Familiarity with bookkeeping terminology (QBO, reconciliations, AR/AP, financial reporting) is a strong plus.
