Onboarding agent

About the role We're looking for a Provider Onboarding Specialist to reach out to service providers (sports academies, individual coaches, studios, and similar), introduce them to our platform, and walk them through everything needed to get fully set up on the application— from the first conversation to a complete, live profile. This is a part-time and/or freelance, mostly remote role with occasional in-person visits to providers when needed. You'll be the friendly, persistent voice that turns interested providers into active ones, and the link that brings their feedback back to us. What you'll do

• Reach out to prospective service providers and introduce them to Netmix, clearly explaining the value we bring — more visibility, more bookings, less admin.
• Guide providers through creating their account and setting up their profile: business information, photos, pricing, and activity details.
• Follow up consistently and patiently until each provider's onboarding is fully complete — this role is as much about persistence as it is about first impressions.
• Communicate professionally with providers via WhatsApp Business, keeping conversations organized and responsive.
• Maintain and update our onboarding trackerr with accurate, up-to-date status for every provider in your pipeline.
• Visit providers in person from time to time when a call or message isn't enough to move things forward.
• Listen for feedback from providers — issues, suggestions, points of friction — and report it back to management so we can keep improving the platform and the onboarding experience. What we're looking for
• Someone who genuinely likes people — comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, and building rapport with all kinds of business owners and coaches.
• Persuasive and confident explaining value and handling hesitation or pushback, without being pushy.
• Organized and self-directed — able to manage a pipeline of providers at different stages without things falling through the cracks.
• Comfortable working in Excel (updating trackers, basic data entry, filtering/sorting).
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business for day-to-day provider communication.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) preferred — you'll be reaching a wide range of providers across Dubai.
• Based in Dubai/UAE and able to do occasional in-person provider visits when needed.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer success is a plus, but a strong people-person with the right drive is welcome to apply.
• Interest in the kids' activities, sports, or education space is a plus. What success looks like
• A steady, growing number of providers fully onboarded (account created, profile complete with info/photos/pricing) each week.
• A clean, current tracker — no provider left in limbo without a clear next step or follow-up date.
• Fast, professional responsiveness on WhatsApp.
• Useful, regularly-shared feedback from providers that helps us improve. Compensation Base compensation plus a commission for every provider successfully onboarded that lists an activity. A full training will be provided on the platform, onboarding and how to populate the required fields. For now this is a part time/contractor role which could be extended to a full permanent position depending on performance and results.
