Onboarding & Account Manager

InnovaPlay provides technology that helps operators launch and manage online casino, sportsbook and lottery businesses.We’re looking for an organised, proactive Onboarding & Account Manager with experience in the iGaming industry to guide new B2B clients from signed agreement through to launch, and build strong working relationships as their businesses grow.You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients, working closely with our technical team, suppliers and wider business to keep onboarding on track and ensure clients receive clear, practical support.What you’ll do

• Manage client onboarding, coordinating requirements, responsibilities and launch timelines.
• Work with internal teams and third-party providers on platform setup, content and integrations.
• Keep clients informed, follow up on outstanding actions and resolve issues before they delay launch.
• Help clients understand the platform and its back-office tools.
• Manage ongoing account relationships after launch, coordinating support and identifying opportunities to develop each partnership.
• Maintain clear records of client requirements, progress and agreed actions.What we’re looking for
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is essential, with a background in account management, client onboarding or project coordination.
• A good understanding of online gaming operations and the relationship between platform providers, operators and suppliers.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several clients and deadlines.
• Clear, confident communication and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Confidence working with technical teams and learning new platforms.
• Someone who takes ownership, follows through and enjoys working closely with clients.
