You'll diagnose each brand's retention gaps, build the right mix of strategies, and prove real revenue impact.What You'll OwnConfigure & Test — Set up and validate each brand's stack against their specific retention problemGo-Live — Launch the brand live, clean and on timeConsult — Guide brands on automation design as a technical partner, not a support ticketProve ROI — Track adoption (channel usage, automation coverage, response/conversion rates) and performance from day one; run a data-backed review call showing revenue impactOwn the number — Time-to-value is your core metric, not time-to-launchLead the team — Lead a team of 3, reporting to the Business Head; work closely with Sales, KAM, Product, and SupportWho You Are2–4 years in solutions consulting, TAM, implementation, or program managementCan turn a business problem into a technical configuration — systems thinker, not checklist-runnerConfident consulting brand stakeholders; data-driven when proving valueThrives with ownership and tight timelinesBonus: MarTech, D2C, or SaaS implementation background
