Onboarding Specialist

Job Description:The Onboarding Specialist is the on-the-ground executor of Eatix restaurant onboarding. They visit newly contracted restaurants, install the system, configure the menu, train all staff roles, and complete the official installation checklist. They are the face of Eatix at the most critical moment in the customer relationship. Quality of onboarding directly determines activation rates and early retention.Statement of Duties:1- Install Eatix hardware (POS device, tablet, KDS) and software at the restaurant premises. Configure menu items, categories, pricing, modifiers, payment methods, and user accounts per restaurant requirements.2- Deliver hands-on training to all restaurant staff roles — cashier, waiter, kitchen staff, and manager. Ensure each role can operate the system independently before departing the premises.3- Complete the official Eatix installation checklist and obtain a signature from both the technician and the restaurant owner or manager before leaving. No checklist = no commission.4- Ensure the restaurant completes its first live transaction on the Eatix system during or immediately after the training session. Flag any technical blockers to QA immediately.5- Create the restaurant WhatsApp support group. Provide printed training materials. Call the restaurant within 48 hours of installation to confirm the system is running smoothly.6- Log all installation activity in ClickUp daily. Report any recurring technical issues, feature gaps raised by restaurant owners, or failed installations to the Head of Merchant Management.Qualifications and Educational Background:1- 1–3 years in a field technical or customer onboarding role.2- Comfortable with hardware installation and basic software configuration.3- Excellent interpersonal skills — works directly with restaurant owners and staff.4- Able to conduct training sessions in Arabic clearly and patiently.5- Baghdad-based with own transport or willingness to travel across zones.6- Arabic required; basic English a plus.
