Onboarding Specialist (SaaS F&B)

Kiply is the AI-powered operating system and business intelligence layer that goes beyond inventory, giving restaurant operators full visibility into their margins.As we scale our restaurant client base across the GCC, we are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to:Own onboarding end to end for new restaurant locations, from kickoff to go-live to handover, running several rollouts in parallel.Set up each client's back-of-house data: item master, recipes and sub-recipes, units and pack conversions, suppliers, and opening stock.Coordinate the POS integration with each client and our engineering team, and validate that sales are flowing into recipe depletion correctly.Train kitchen, purchasing, and management teams on stock counts, receiving, production logs, and food cost reports.Build and refine our onboarding playbook, go-live checklists, and templates so every rollout is faster than the last.Stay close to clients after go-live, checking that they're using the system, following up on usage, and setting them up to renew.Bring field feedback back to product: what breaks, what confuses users, and what clients ask for.Conduct client demos.Own product feature improvements and bring new feature ideas to the product team.Conduct occasional client visits to make sure the system is being used correctly and to gather feedback.
