Strong testimonials highlight substantial grade improvements and successful university admissions, supported by clear, weekly guidance.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manchester for an Online A-Level Physics Tutor. The tutor will deliver high-quality 1-to-1 online lessons in A-Level Physics, focusing on exam technique, problem-solving, and targeted revision aligned to specific exam boards. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning structured lesson content, setting and reviewing assignments, monitoring student progress, and providing clear feedback to students and, where appropriate, parents or guardians. The tutor will collaborate with the wider team to follow FutureFlow’s 4-step system, contribute to personalised revision roadmaps, and participate in regular check-ins to maintain student motivation and accountability. The role also involves using online platforms and digital tools to manage communication, lesson scheduling, and learning resources. (Pay: £15/h)QualificationsStrong subject knowledge in Physics, with the ability to teach A-Level content clearly and confidently.Competence in related Mathematics to support physics problem-solving and exam-style questions.Experience or aptitude in Online Tutoring, including effective use of digital tools and virtual classroom platforms.Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills to explain complex concepts in an accessible, engaging way.A/A* in A-Level PhysicsReliable and organised, with a commitment to maintaining regular sessions, punctuality, and professional conduct.
