The tutor will conduct live online Bollywood dance classes for learners of varying ages and skill levels, using video conferencing and other digital tools. Day-to-day tasks include planning lesson structures, selecting music, demonstrating choreography, and providing clear, step-by-step instructions. The role involves assessing learner progress, offering constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to individual needs. The tutor will also coordinate class schedules, maintain a professional online presence, and collaborate with the team to improve course content and learner engagement.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Bollywood dance styles and choreography, with the ability to break down complex movements into simple, teachable steps.Experience in teaching dance (online or in-person), including planning lessons, guiding beginners, and managing group sessions.Comfort using digital tools and platforms for live video classes, communication, and sharing learning materials.Clear verbal communication skills, patience, and the ability to motivate and engage learners in a virtual environment.Reliable internet connection, suitable space for teaching online classes, and a professional, organized approach to scheduling and time management.Formal dance training, certifications, or performance experience in Bollywood or related styles is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to work independently, respond to feedback, and align with company guidelines and safety standards.
