Online Coordinator - Entry Level, Fashion Retail

Thread + Seed is a growing San Diego women’s boutique with three locations and an expanding e-commerce presence. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-comfortable Online Coordinator to keep our online operation running smoothly while pitching in on the floor when needed. This role reports to our Merchandise Manager and E-Commerce + Client Relations ManagerWhat you’ll do:Process and fulfill online orders accurately and on time • Enter and manage products in our system, including basic product entry and tagging • Use AI tools to draft and refine product descriptions • Perform basic product image edits for a clean, on-brand look • Check in, process, and organize incoming shipments • Package orders with care and attention to presentation • Keep store supplies, products, and inventory stocked and organized • Support the retail team as needed — ringing up sales, running the POS/register, and assisting customers on the floorWhat we’re looking for: • Basic experience with stocking and data entry • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable learning new software and working with AI tools • Reliable, self-directed, and able to juggle online tasks alongside in-store support • A team player who’s happy to jump in wherever needed • Experience with Shopify a plus • Retail or e-commerce experience a plusIf you love the mix of behind-the-scenes online work and hands-on retail energy, we’d love to hear from you.
