Daily tasks include planning and conducting online lessons, assessing learners’ strengths and weaknesses, providing individualized feedback, and monitoring progress toward target band scores. The teacher will design interactive activities, use digital tools and resources to enhance learner engagement, and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. The role also involves supporting learners with exam strategies, maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, and collaborating with the academy team to continually improve course content and teaching practices.QualificationsStrong background in Education and Teaching, preferably in English language instruction or exam preparation.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, goal-oriented IELTS preparation courses.Excellent Communication skills for clear explanation of concepts, effective feedback, and learner support in an online environment.Proven experience teaching IELTS or other standardized English exams, with a solid understanding of test format and assessment criteria.Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.Reliable internet connection and familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and support learners from diverse backgrounds in a remote setting.High level of English proficiency (C1 or above); prior experience teaching in an online setting is strongly preferred.
