We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.JOB TITLEOnline Merchandising Coordinator | Emirati Talent | MAF LifeStyle | HollisterROLE SUMMARYThe Online Merchandising Coordinator will support the Online Merchandising team by managing administrative tasks related to online trading, helping to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience across digital platforms.ROLE PROFILESupport online trading operations by uploading approved content, product information, and imagery across websites and mobile applications.Coordinate product photo shoots by selecting stock, liaising with warehouse teams, and managing studio inventory movements.Maintain accurate product data and studio tracking sheets to ensure seamless online merchandising execution.Ensure product images are correctly linked to product details and conduct quality checks on photography and styling outputs.Collaborate with Online Merchandisers to optimize category pages, highlight best sellers, and promote key trends and campaigns.Gather and manage product content from suppliers and buying teams to ensure complete and accurate brand representation online.Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly online KPI reports, while supporting the achievement of online sales and financial targets.Enhance the customer journey by identifying customer trends, addressing recurring service issues, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.REQUIREMENTSStrong editing and proofreading skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of new technologies and digital tools that enhance the online customer experience.Good awareness of the Fashion and Home industry, with strong commercial understanding.Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact, take ownership, identify risks, and escalate when required.Strong customer-first mindset, with the ability to understand customer expectations and deliver quality outcomes.High School Certificate with 1–2 years of experience in online merchandising; Fashion and Home business experience is an advantage.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
