The Online Nursing Lecturer will design and deliver nursing curriculum through virtual platforms, including live lectures, tutorials, and interactive sessions aligned with academic standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting online classes, assessing student performance, and providing academic guidance and feedback. The role involves developing and updating course content, supporting student research projects, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality instruction. The lecturer will also participate in training activities, academic meetings, and continuous improvement of teaching methods and learning resources.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to deliver clear lectures, prepare educational materials, and provide constructive feedback to students.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate student work, support evidence-based nursing practice, and contribute to curriculum development.Candidates should possess Training and teaching skills, with experience facilitating online learning, engaging diverse learners, and using relevant educational technologies.Relevant academic qualification in Nursing (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field) and valid professional registration, where applicable.Familiarity with online teaching platforms, basic IT proficiency, and the ability to manage virtual classrooms effectively.Demonstrated understanding of clinical nursing practices and current healthcare guidelines; prior teaching or mentoring experience is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and student-centered education.
