The organization offers various programs and services that allow compassionate professionals to contribute meaningfully to society.Role Description The Online Quran Teacher (English-Speaking) will deliver structured Quran lessons in English to students, focusing on accurate recitation, Tajweed rules, and fundamental Islamic teachings. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Karachi Division, where the teacher will typically work from the organization’s designated facility and conduct classes through online platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing teaching materials, conducting one-on-one and group sessions, assessing student progress, and providing regular feedback to learners and guardians as appropriate. The teacher will maintain a respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, ensuring that students of diverse backgrounds feel comfortable and engaged. Additional tasks may include participating in training sessions, coordinating with academic supervisors, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the curriculum and teaching methods.Qualifications Strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering Quran lessons in English to diverse age groups.Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including preparing structured curricula, lesson plans, and assessments.Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly, patiently, and in learner-friendly language.Sound knowledge of Quranic recitation, Tajweed, and basic Islamic studies, with the ability to teach in a gender-neutral and respectful manner.Prior experience in online teaching environments and familiarity with common e-learning tools and platforms.Ability to work full time on-site in Karachi Division, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct.Relevant religious and educational certifications (e.g., Dars-e-Nizami, Islamic Studies, or Quran teaching credentials) are highly beneficial.Demonstrated empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to the welfare and moral development of students.
