Position Title: Online Store Specialist

Location: Saudi ArabiaExperience: 1–3 YearsSummaryManages day-to-day online store operations, product listings, inventory tracking, promotional marketing, and order fulfillment on Salla and Zid to drive digital sales and ensure smooth store performance.Key Responsibilities· Store Operations & Management:o Upload, update, and manage product listings (descriptions, pricing, inventory, images) across Salla and Zid platforms.o Monitor store uptime, layout performance, and user experience across mobile and desktop.· Inventory Monitoring & Control:o Track and audit stock levels in real time across platform dashboards to prevent stockouts of top-selling items.o Reconcile inventory counts, monitor slow-moving products, and alert management to restock requirements.· Store Marketing & Promotions:o Plan, set up, and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, promo codes, and product bundles.o Monitor campaign performance and coordinate digital marketing efforts (such as abandoned cart recovery and discount banners) to boost sales conversions.· Order Processing & Logistics:o Track daily incoming orders, coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams, and ensure timely dispatch.o Oversee courier/shipping integration (e.g., Aramex, SPL, SMSA) to resolve delivery delays or returned orders.· Customer Support & Inquiry Resolution:o Handle online customer inquiries, refund/exchange requests, and order tracking issues.o Analyze customer reviews and complaints to improve site features and checkout flow.Requirements· Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing online stores, inventory tracking, and e-commerce marketing in Saudi Arabia.· Education: Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Technology.· Platforms: Strong proficiency in Salla and Zid.· Tools: Hands-on experience with Salla/Zid App Store integrations, local payment gateways, Google Analytics, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Excel.· Work Style & Capabilities:o Able to handle fast-paced daily order volume and inventory tracking with high accuracy.o Able to coordinate effectively with marketing teams, logistics partners, suppliers, and customer support.
