The teacher will deliver live online lessons, facilitate virtual classroom activities, and ensure that course objectives are met through engaging and clear instruction. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, presenting course materials, assessing student performance, providing feedback, and supporting learners individually and in groups. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with other educators, and participating in training or professional development initiatives to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering structured lessons to diverse learners.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to clearly explain concepts and interact professionally with students and colleagues.Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills to design organized, goal-oriented online sessions and activities.Candidates should possess Training skills to guide, mentor, and support students in developing their knowledge and skills.Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Education or a related field are preferred.Experience teaching online or using digital learning platforms is beneficial.Ability to manage time, maintain classroom discipline, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles is important.Proficiency in using computers and internet-based teaching tools is required.
