You will help learners understand academic concepts, complete learning activities, develop effective study habits, and make progress toward their educational goals.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to online education, tutoring platforms, digital learning tools, academic support, and virtual classroom environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide online academic support and tutoring based on learners' educational needs and established learning objectives.Explain academic concepts clearly using appropriate examples, exercises, learning materials, and digital resources.Assist learners with assignments, practice exercises, revision activities, study plans, and academic preparation.Conduct individual or small-group online learning sessions through approved digital platforms.Adapt explanations, learning activities, and teaching approaches according to different learning styles and abilities.Monitor learner participation, progress, understanding, and completion of assigned learning activities.Provide constructive feedback and practical guidance to help learners improve their academic performance.Prepare or organize lesson materials, worksheets, exercises, study resources, and online learning activities.Maintain accurate learner records, attendance information, progress notes, schedules, and session documentation.Communicate with learners, parents or guardians where appropriate, and relevant academic or program teams.Assist learners with study organization, time management, revision strategies, and effective learning techniques.Identify areas where learners may require additional support and coordinate appropriate follow-up.Participate in online learning programs, workshops, review sessions, or academic activities as required.Prepare basic progress summaries, session reports, learning updates, and administrative documentation.Identify opportunities to improve online learning experiences, tutoring resources, learner engagement, and academic support workflows.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Teaching, a relevant academic subject, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in tutoring, teaching, academic support, training, education, or a related function is preferred.Strong understanding of academic support, tutoring methods, learner engagement, study skills, and online learning environments.Familiarity with online tutoring platforms, learning management systems, virtual classrooms, video conferencing tools, digital whiteboards, and educational software.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple learners, sessions, and schedules.Strong interpersonal skills with a supportive, encouraging, and professional approach.Good digital literacy and confidence working with online learning tools.Strong attention to detail when maintaining learner records, schedules, progress information, and academic documentation.Reliable, patient, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and tutoring and academic support responsibilities.Exposure to online education, digital learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and academic programs.Opportunities to strengthen tutoring, academic support, learner engagement, and digital education skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in online learning programs and educational initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on learner progress, engaging instruction, organized learning support, and continuous improvement.
