You will help learners understand academic concepts, work through exercises, organize their studies, and make progress toward their learning objectives.This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to online tutoring, digital education, virtual classrooms, learning platforms, academic support, and educational programs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide online tutoring and academic support based on learner needs and established learning objectives.Explain academic concepts clearly using examples, exercises, study materials, and appropriate digital resources.Assist learners with assignments, homework, practice exercises, revision, and academic preparation.Conduct individual or small-group online learning sessions through approved platforms.Adapt explanations and learning activities according to different learning styles, levels, and abilities.Monitor learner participation, understanding, progress, and completion of assigned activities.Provide constructive feedback and practical guidance to help learners improve.Prepare, organize, or recommend lesson materials, worksheets, exercises, study resources, and learning activities.Maintain accurate learner records, attendance information, session notes, progress updates, and schedules.Communicate with learners and relevant academic, program, or administrative teams as required.Assist learners with study planning, time management, revision strategies, and effective learning techniques.Identify areas where learners may require additional support and coordinate appropriate follow-up.Participate in online classes, workshops, review sessions, learning activities, or academic programs where required.Prepare basic progress summaries, session reports, learner updates, and administrative documentation.Identify opportunities to improve learner engagement, tutoring resources, online learning experiences, and academic support workflows.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Education, Teaching, a relevant academic subject, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in tutoring, teaching, training, academic support, education, or a related function is preferred.Understanding of basic tutoring methods, academic support, learner engagement, study skills, and online learning environments.Familiarity with online tutoring platforms, LMS systems, virtual classrooms, video conferencing tools, digital whiteboards, spreadsheets, and educational software.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly, patiently, and professionally.Good interpersonal skills with a supportive and encouraging approach toward learners.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple learners, sessions, and schedules.Good digital literacy and confidence working with online learning tools.Strong attention to detail when maintaining learner records, schedules, progress information, and documentation.Good problem-solving skills with the ability to respond to routine learning and administrative needs.Reliable, patient, proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours with a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and tutoring and academic support responsibilities.Exposure to online education, tutoring platforms, virtual classrooms, digital learning tools, and academic programs.Opportunities to strengthen tutoring, academic support, learner engagement, and online teaching skills.Professional development through hands-on involvement in digital education and learning initiatives.A collaborative environment focused on learner progress, effective support, organized learning activities, and continuous improvement.
