Onsite AV Support Technician II

We believe that success starts with a sound team and that an inclusive and diverse workplace moves us all forward.WHAT YOU’LL DOThe Onsite Maintenance Technician will work in partnership with the Customer, management team, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to provide on premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer site(s) with the end goals of delivering a world-class Customer Service experience.Day-To-Day Responsibilities:Provide direct assistance to end users in the operation of the AV/UCC systems.Provide set-up and operational support for client events.Perform preventive maintenance checks & services on AV/UCC systems.Perform maintenance task to help maintain customer spaces including but not limited to: testing/repairing cables, testing/repairing various hardware components limited to: testing/repairing cables, testing/repairing various hardware componentsPerform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner including but not limited to: meeting support, installing connectors, video/audio recording supportPerform administrative tasks such as assisting with service ticketsPerforms remote troubleshooting for local and regional offices.Coordinate RMA processing and parts procurement as needed.Effectively escalate process concerns that affect timely problem resolution through strong communications.Maintain accurate inventory on all AV/UCC systems including spare parts.Ensure compliance with all Customer safety and procedural guidelines.Provides reports and adheres to service levels as agreed upon.Oversee day-to-day AV/UCC operations.Responsible for job site documentation as neededProvide client training as neededWork with internal/external teams in a professional manner that reflects the values of AVI-SPLTravel to various job sites as required Items to Consider: AVI-SPL reserves the right to alter work hours and work location as necessary.
