Available Positions Food & Beverage:* Food and Beverage Attendant* Waiter/Waitress* Senior Waiter/Waitress* Specialist Brewer* Junior Mixologist* Restaurant Hostess* Bar Backs* BartenderKitchen:*Demi-Chef de Partie*Chef de Partie*Commis 1, 2, 3 The main duties and responsibilities include: * Deliver consistently high‑quality, personalised service in line with Sarood’s service standards across dining. * Anticipate guest needs and respond with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. * Support daily operations within your department, collaborating closely with colleagues and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. * Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation in all guests‑facing areas. * Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and team‑oriented environment that enhances the overall guest experience. About you The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following experience and qualifications: * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star luxury hotel environment. * Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage with guests in a polished and professional manner. * Fluency in English; additional language skills (Russian or European languages) are an advantage. * A genuine passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences. * The ability to perform confidently in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
