Role : OpenText AdministrationExp : 8 YearsJob Description:1. Installation, clustering, SP updates, Release Upgrades of xECM.2. Monitor system health, background jobs, logs, and performance tuning.3. Handle L2/L3 incident support, troubleshooting, and request fulfillment.4. Expertise in Configuration and support of xECM integrations with SAP S/4HANA, repository creations and daily operation tasks.5. Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and security policies.6. Configure and maintain OpenText Directory Services (OTDS), and Single Sign-On (SSO).7. OpenText xECM Integration with SuccessFactors, Installation and upgrade experience and DMS experience.8. Good to have xECM - SuccessFactors skills.
