Operating CEO

About the RoleWe are seeking an entrepreneurial and execution-focused Operating CEO to lead the day-to-day management and growth of the business. This is not a corporate figurehead role; we are looking for a hands-on operator who can build teams, drive revenue, establish scalable processes, and ensure flawless execution across all functions.The ideal candidate has experience growing companies from early-stage to scale, managing P&L responsibility, and leading commercial, operational, and people functions simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & StrategyTranslate the company's vision into executable business plans and measurable objectives.Drive revenue growth through new business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.Identify and launch new products, services, and business opportunities.Develop annual operating plans, budgets, and growth roadmaps.Operations & ExecutionOversee daily business operations and ensure all departments achieve their targets.Build operational systems, SOPs, and reporting structures to support scale.Monitor company-wide KPIs and implement corrective actions when required.Improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the organization.Financial LeadershipOwn company P&L and cash flow performance.Work closely with finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost management.Present business performance updates to founders, investors, and board members.Leadership & Team BuildingRecruit, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams.Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance.Set organizational goals and performance expectations.Mentor department heads and future leaders within the company.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary operational representative of the company.Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, investors, and key stakeholders.Lead commercial negotiations and strategic alliances.Represent the organization at industry events and business forums.Governance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.Manage operational risks and business continuity planning.Establish controls, policies, and reporting mechanisms to support sustainable growth.RequirementsProven experience as CEO, COO, Managing Director, General Manager, or Founder in a high-growth business.12+ years of overall professional experience with significant leadership responsibility.Strong track record of scaling revenue, teams, and operations.Experience managing annual budgets and full P&L accountability.Strong commercial mindset with the ability to close partnerships and drive growth.Experience leading multi-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in startups, venture studios, consulting, technology, recruitment, workforce solutions, or service-based businesses is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree required; MBA is an advantage.Success in the First 12 MonthsEstablish a scalable operating structure and reporting framework.Achieve agreed revenue and profitability targets.Build and strengthen the leadership team.Launch new growth initiatives and strategic partnerships.Improve operational efficiency and business performance metrics.Create a clear accountability and performance management culture.Position the company for its next stage of growth, investment, or regional expansion.
