Operating Co Founder

Role Description The Operating Co Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping and executing Venture One Studio’s growth strategy, working on-site full time in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing client acquisition initiatives, guiding sales and performance marketing efforts, and ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives. This role will involve building and managing cross-functional teams, establishing operational processes, and tracking key performance metrics across projects. The Operating Co Founder will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders, refine service offerings, and identify new opportunities for digital growth and data-driven solutions. This position requires a hands-on approach to strategy, execution, and continuous optimization to drive measurable results.Qualifications8–10 years of relevant professional experience in sales, business development, revenue growth, or performance marketing.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy and improve performance.Excellent communication skills, including stakeholder management, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.Solid marketing knowledge, including digital marketing, performance campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.Strong research capabilities to understand markets, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.Prior experience in a founding, co-founding, or senior leadership role in a startup or growth-oriented company is highly preferred.Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, establish operational processes, and drive accountability for results.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-informed decisions under uncertainty.
