Service & Remanufacturing Operating Model ExpertType - FreelanceLocation - Remote (Occasional travel to Al Khobor)We are seeking a senior Service & Remanufacturing Operating Model Expert to help establish a large-scale industrial service and remanufacturing capability. You would be working as a consultant for a global Oil & Gas customer contributing to business critical projects and systems.This is a strategic advisory role for someone with strong experience across industrial OEM, MRO, aftermarket, repair and manufacturing environments. You will define operating models, introduce proven industry practices, lead stakeholder workshops and provide guidance on building scalable service and remanufacturing processes.Key Requirements:10–15+ years’ experience in industrial services, MRO, remanufacturing or manufacturingBackground within a mature OEM or industrial service organisationExperience with repair centres, workshops, remanufacturing facilities or manufacturing plantsStrong knowledge of component repair, restoration, quality and traceabilityRelevant technical experience includes:CNC machining & repair machiningAdditive ManufacturingWelding/material depositionCasting & foundryCoatings and surface treatmentReverse engineeringIf you are interested in working for one of the global giants of Oil and Gas and stamp your mark on a major project, please apply immediately.
