📢 WE ARE HIRINGPosition: Operations & Production OfficerCompany: Desi Fresh Food Project LimitedJob Location: Bahaddarhat, ChattogramJob Time: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PMWorking Days: Saturday – Thursday (6 days/week)🎓 Academic QualificationBachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuingCandidates with relevant experience in operations, production, inventory or supply chain will be preferred.📋Job Responsibilities1. Production ManagementPlan and supervise production according to sales demand, ensuring proper quality, quantity, hygiene and timely completion.2. Stock & Inventory ManagementMonitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished products. Maintain stock records and calculate requirements for upcoming production and sales.3. Sales ManagementMonitor daily sales, coordinate with the sales team, manage customer orders and ensure sales targets and operational requirements are properly communicated.4. Delivery ManagementOrganize and monitor daily deliveries, delivery routes, product dispatch, returns and collections to ensure timely and accurate delivery.5. Supplier ManagementCoordinate purchasing and suppliers, ensure required materials are available on time, and monitor the quality, quantity and pricing of supplies.6. Team & Daily OperationsCoordinate staff and ensure all operational activities are completed properly and according to company procedures.7.
