This position will be focused on providing analytical support and strategic insights to the Operations and Logistics team, including KPI reporting, forecasting, cost tracking, and capacity planning.Key ResponsibilitiesWork cross-functionally to forecast inbound and outbound volume by sales channel and fulfillment location.Prepare invoices, KPIs, and supporting documentation for monthly close reconciliation, and partner with Accounting and FP&A to validate MoM variances and trends.Track departmental costs and analyze performance to budget while focusing on opportunities for cost savings.Perform ad-hoc analyses to translate data into insights for Operations & Logistics in the realm of cost modeling, DC capacity planning, and trend analysis.Manage, analyze, and report on all DC-SLA and capacity performance and present insights by developing KPI’s for daily tracking.Maintain internal rate card and SOP documentation.Must facilitate a positive work environment and manage issues by escalating as suitable.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise5+ consecutive years of experience in operations management, fulfillment, or supply chain management; fashion company experience is a plusOperational forecasting and budgeting experience is a plusExperience managing relationships with vendors, 3PLs, and dedicated warehousesExcellent leadership and motivational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Looker, Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, and project management toolsFlexibility and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environmentsGoal-oriented mindset, with the ability to measure success both quantitatively and qualitativelyAbility to collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutionsProfessional outlook and demeanorStrong analytical skills, particularly with Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools, to develop actionable recommendationBachelor’s degreeOnsite 4 days a weekJob BenefitsBenefits and CultureUp to 100% Company Paid Healthcare (medical, dental, vision)Kind Body Fertility Benefits401(k) savings plan with up to 4% matchUnlimited PTOFull Access to LinkedIn learningEmployee DiscountsPerks (HQ Location)Free weekly catered lunch at HQ – M/T/W/ThDog-Friendly office on a Thursday and FridayFree Swag GiveawaysAnnual Holiday PartyAnnual Summer PartyInvitations to pop-ups and other company eventsComplimentary daily office snacks and beverages
