Operation Consultant (Full-time Onsite)

Position: Operations ConsultantDepartment: Business Consulting – Operations ExcellenceLocation: Sarjan, Vapi Client site (Full-Time)Experience: 5 – 7 YearsJob Type: Full Time Job Level: Mid-Level Reporting To: Project Manager / Consulting DirectorKey Responsibilities:Study and improve business processes.Implement operational improvement initiatives.Monitor daily operations and KPIs.Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance reports.Develop and implement SOPs.Conduct process and compliance audits.Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase, Stores, HR, Finance, and Quality teams.Drive ERP implementation and digital transformation projects.Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions.Lead daily review meetings and track action plans.Train client employees on processes and systems.Ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.Maintain project documentation and reports.Represent Ranniti at the client site professionally.Qualifications:MBA (Operations) / B.E. / B.Tech / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.2–5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or business consulting.Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, Power BI, and process improvement tools.Skills:Process ImprovementAnalytical ThinkingProblem SolvingCommunication & PresentationProject CoordinationKPI & MIS ReportingDocumentationTeam CollaborationKey KPI's:Process improvements implemented.SOP compliance.Productivity improvement.Cost reduction achieved.On-time project completion.KPI reporting accuracy.Client satisfaction.Action plan closure rate.Working Conditions:Full-time deployment at the client site.Travel/relocation as per project requirements.Six-day working week (as per client policy).Willingness to work extended hours during critical project phases.
