Operation Coordinator-Logistics

Join Ferrari LogisticsFerrari Logistics is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Coordinator to join our Logistics team in Riyadh. The Operation Coordinator will support end-to-end coordination of import/export shipments and domestic transportation activities, including deliveries and pickups. The role acts as a key liaison between internal teams, customers, and external logistics partners, ensuring smooth communication, accurate system updates, and efficient operational execution.Key Responsibilities Coordinate import/export shipments, including scheduling, tracking, deliveries, and pickups. Communicate with customers, network offices, freight forwarders, and internal teams. Monitor shipment status and ensure timely POD (Proof of Delivery) updates. Escalate shipment issues including delays, damages, and documentation discrepancies. Support warehouse and physical handling activities when required. Provide daily customer support regarding shipment updates and documentation requirements.Technical & Soft Competencies  Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, and tracking platforms.  Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.  Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/European languages are an advantage).  Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.  Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
