We simplify company formation, accounting, taxation, compliance, visas, banking, and post-incorporation services through a digital-first approach.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site mid-senior-level role for an Operations Executive, located in Bengaluru.The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing workflows, ensuring efficient processes, and optimising business procedures. The role includes analysing operational data, coordinating with different teams, addressing operational challenges, and communicating updates effectively to stakeholders.The candidate will also be responsible for managing and guiding a team of 3–4 members, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, ensuring timely completion of activities, and supporting the team in resolving operational challenges.
