Apply & track with Apply Edge- Coordinate and manage vessel operations across Dubai, Jebel Ali, Sharjah & Hamriyah ports
- Handle end-to-end crew operations including crew changes, documentation, and logistics
- Liaise with port authorities, agents, and vessel masters/owners
- Ensure timely and accurate operational documentation and reporting
- Support port clearance, berthing coordination, and related agency functions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ship agency / maritime operations
- Strong working knowledge of Dubai, Jebel Ali, Sharjah, and Hamriyah port operations
- Hands-on experience with vessel and crew operations
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- UAE experience preferred; knowledge of local port procedures essential
