Its solutions-focused approach has supported more than 31,000 clients in 27 countries, helping them enhance productivity, improve safety, and achieve significant operational cost savings.The roleYou will ensure that processes are executed accurately, on time and as defined, and act as the bridge between business teams and IT for ERP/CRM improvements.What you'll doVerify the quality and accuracy of ERP/CRM inputs from Supply Chain and other departmentsMonitor Purchase, Planning, BOM, Stores, Inventory, Production, Quality, Subcontracting and Dispatch, and extend monitoring to Sales, Finance, HR, IT and support functionsIdentify process gaps, missing controls, delays, duplication and manual interventions, and track them in a Process Gap / Improvement RegisterWrite requirements and process flows, coordinate development with IT, and run UAT through to implementationTrack Plan vs Actual, overdue actions and commitments across departmentsConduct process and transaction audits, and drive RCA and CAPA to permanent closureLead automation, digitization, Kaizen and continuous improvementBuild MIS and dashboards on compliance, delays, gaps and improvementsWho you areB.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical or Instrumentation (MBA Operations is an advantage)3-7 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineeringGood understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processesHands-on with ERP/CRM and strong in Excel/MISSkilled in process mapping and workflow designKnowledge of RCA, CAPA, Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma is a plusAble to translate business needs into system requirementsStrong communicator who can follow up and work with both senior management and operating teamsHow success is measured Process compliance and transaction accuracy, fewer repeat errors, on-time execution, closure of process and system gaps, reduction in manual work, and measurable gains from improvement projects.Our mindset "Don't just identify what went wrong.
