We believe in empowering every individual to make an impact by fostering a culture where bold ideas are welcomed, collaboration thrives, and professional growth is part of every career journey.Joining Milkyway means more than just a job --- it’s the opportunity to grow with a global industry leader, shape the future of chemical logistics, and build a career you can be proud of.Learn more at https://www.mwclg.com/global/About the RoleKey Responsibilities:Documentation Management: Review and verify Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), booking notes (S/O), packing lists, and other related export documents.Booking Coordination: Secure space with shipping lines; confirm documentation cut-off times, port cut-off times, and Estimated Time of Departure (ETD); handle unexpected issues such as booking amendments, rolled containers, and schedule delays.Logistics Milestone Tracking: Confirm gate-in status, track vessel departures, issue bills of lading (B/L), and synchronize logistics milestone updates with clients.Exception Handling: Coordinate and resolve operational emergencies and anomalies, including customs inspections, missed declarations, tank leakages, loading discrepancies, and trucking delays through multi-party collaboration.Financial Operations: Verify billing and expenses, input rate sheets into the system, and ensure timely invoicing.Job Requirements:Education & Experience: Associate degree or higher; minimum of 5 years of experience in import freight forwarding. Experience in ISO Tank and hazardous goods (DG) operations is highly preferred.Language Skills: Business-level English proficiency is required (strong reading and writing skills) ; Mandarin fluency is a plus.Competencies: Meticulous and rigorous working attitude; strong ability to work under pressure and multitask; excellent emergency response and problem-solving skills.
