Learn more at https://www.mwclg.com/global/About the RoleKey Responsibilities:Import Documentation Management: Review and verify bills of lading (B/L), packing lists, hazardous goods declarations, MSDS, and other related shipping documents.End-to-End Shipment Tracking: Monitor overseas departures, issue arrival notices, coordinate terminal container/tank pick-ups, arrange inland trucking/distribution, oversee factory unloading, and manage empty tank returns.Exception Handling: Coordinate and resolve operational emergencies and anomalies, including demurrage/detention issues, customs inspections, booking amendments, missed declarations, tank damages, and delivery delays.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaison with overseas agents, terminal yards, and trucking companies; synchronize logistics milestones and provide timely status updates to clients.Financial Operations: Verify billing and expenses, input rate sheets into the system, and ensure timely invoicing.Job Requirements:Education & Experience: Associate degree or higher; minimum of 5 years of experience in import freight forwarding. Experience in ISO Tank and hazardous goods (DG) operations is highly preferred.Language Skills: Business-level English proficiency is required (strong reading and writing skills) ; Mandarin fluency is a plus.Competencies: Meticulous and rigorous working attitude; strong ability to work under pressure and multitask; excellent emergency response and problem-solving skills.
