The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units, with previous experience in a related field.Key RequirementsStrong knowledge of valet, parking, and mobility operations.Experience managing multi-site operations and ensuring SOP compliance.Experience in manpower planning, roster creation, shift allocation, and leave management.Ability to analyze and resolve operational exceptions and discrepancies.Ability to conduct site inspections and service quality checks.Strong leadership and people management skills.Strong client communication and relationship management skills.Ability to handle complaints and operational challenges.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Knowledge of safety standards, guest service, and equipment usage.Strong reporting and documentation skills.Qualifications7+ years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong organizational and communication skills.Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.Comfortable working with multiple teams and business units.Fluent English.
