The role involves overseeing day-to-day facility operations soft services The Operation Manager will coordinate staffing, allocate resources, monitor service delivery, and ensure compliance with company standards, statutory requirements, and client expectations. This position also includes tracking operational KPIs, preparing regular reports, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements to optimize facility performance. The role requires close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and external partners to resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.Qualifications Strong facility operations management experience, including housekeeping, security, technical maintenance, and vendor coordination.Skills in planning, organizing, and resource allocation, with the ability to manage multiple sites or large facilities efficiently.Experience in team leadership, workforce management, and performance monitoring, with a focus on safety and compliance.Proficiency in using MS Office and facility management tools or software for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, internal stakeholders, and service providers.Knowledge of relevant regulatory, safety, and statutory requirements related to facility and building operations.Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in facility or operations management are an advantage.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot operational issues, implement process improvements, and work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
