Operation ManagerLocation: UAESalary: AED 20,000Open to negotiation depending on experience and qualificationsWe are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in luxury fashion/apparel to join a growing fashion business in the UAE.Requirements:5+ years of experience in fashion, luxury apparel, or premium retail operationsStrong UAE market experienceProven experience managing teams and day-to-day operationsExcellent knowledge of inventory, production, logistics, and supply chainStrong commercial and analytical skillsExperience with luxury or premium fashion brands is highly preferredExcellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skillsHands-on, organized, and results-drivenKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily business and operational activitiesManage inventory, logistics, production, and supply-chain operationsLead and develop operational teamsImprove processes, efficiency, and productivityManage suppliers, manufacturers, and business partnersMonitor operational costs and KPIsEnsure high-quality standards and luxury brand experienceSupport business growth and operational expansion
