About the Role: Are you an operational strategist who excels at turning complex business needs into seamless, repeatable systems? We are seeking a highly organized and disciplined Operations Supervisor to lead our Business Operations Division.In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our operational integrity. You will oversee the General Affairs team, lead the Business Assurance function, and serve as the operational backbone for HR Excellence. If you have a passion for Risk Management, Process Auditing, and building high-standard workplace environments, we want you on our team.Key Responsibilities:Division Leadership: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the Business Operations team, specifically overseeing the Business Support and General Affairs units.HR Operations & Excellence: Partner with the People & Culture Manager to operationalize HR processes, including managing recruitment logistics, accelerating onboarding workflows, and ensuring 100% compliance with the performance review cycle.Business Assurance & Risk Management: Lead the internal audit function to identify Single Points of Failure (SPOFs), develop Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).General Affairs & Facility Management: Oversee the Senior General Affairs Staff in managing vendor negotiations , corporate documentation , and maintaining a high-standard office environment.Process Optimization: Conduct "Time & Motion" audits to detect inefficiencies within internal workflows and implement improvements that maximize team productivity.Commercial Support: Oversee the administration of customer documents, including contracts, NDAs, and official correspondence, to ensure timely delivery and execution.Financial Discipline: Collaborate with Cost Control to monitor operational expenses, analyze quarterly reports, and ensure efficient spending across all departments.Requirements:Experience: 5–7+ years in Operations Management, preferably within the IT or Professional Services sector.Leadership: Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Admin, GA, and Support staff) with a focus on accountability and performance.Process Expertise: Strong ability to map, audit, and improve complex workflows.
