Operation Support Assistant (Shift Leaders)🚨 We Are Hiring | Operation Support Assistant (Shift Leader) | UAE | Immediate JoinersEMX is looking for Operation Support Assistants (Shift Leaders) to oversee the day-to-day operations of a single dark store, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and team productivity.📍 Location: UAE ⏱️ Availability: Immediate Joiners OnlyKey ResponsibilitiesSupport daily dark store operations, including inbound and outbound activities.Manage order fulfillment (Pick, Pack & Ship) while ensuring speed and accuracy.Conduct inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.Assist the Store Supervisor in leading and supervising picker teams.Provide on-the-job coaching and operational guidance to warehouse staff.Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, quality standards, and packaging procedures.Monitor store KPIs such as Order Per Day (OPD), productivity, and order accuracy.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift operations.Promote teamwork, accountability, and effective communication across shifts.Requirements✔ 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, operations, retail, FMCG, Q-Commerce, or dark store operations. ✔ Hands-on experience in 15-minute/quick commerce delivery operations. ✔ Experience managing high-volume (high OPD) stores. ✔ Knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, and order fulfillment. ✔ Experience supervising or leading picker/warehouse teams. ✔ Flexible to work across different UAE locations. ✔ Physically fit to perform operational warehouse duties. ✔ Currently based in the UAE. ✔ Available to join immediately.📧 Interested candidates can send their CV to: sayeeduddin.mohammed@emx.aeOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
