Location: Abu DhabiDuration: Yearly renewable contractDescriptionContribute to the implementation and optimization of internal digital enterprise solutions and automation tools that enhance client's operational efficiency and internal digital maturity. Execute development, testing, and improvement tasks while ensuring compliance with client's governance frameworks, maintaining system reliability, and supporting stakeholders in achieving operational excellenceResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and delivery of enterprise digital solutions by coordinating requirements gathering, documentation, development follow-up, testing, and release management.Enhance business processes and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and digital maturity.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, QA/QC, and UX/CX standards.Monitor system performance, investigate issues, and ensure timely resolution to maintain business continuity.Perform functional and system testing, validate results, and document findings.Maintain technical documentation, user manuals, operational procedures, and training materials.Support change management and digital adoption initiatives by guiding users and promoting new digital capabilities.Gather stakeholder feedback, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend technical or operational enhancements.Track and report KPIs related to system availability, performance, and user satisfaction.Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with information security policies.Work collaboratively across departments and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the line managerRequired SkillsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in system administration, data analysis, or business process supportSupport the delivery of internal digital solutions by coordinating requirements gathering, documentation, development follow-up, testing, and release activities in alignment with approved timelines and quality standards
