Operational Excellence Lead

We're Hiring | Operational Excellence Executive / Supervisor – Pharmaceutical FormulationWe're looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Executive / Supervisor to join a leading manufacturing organization and play a key role in enhancing productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.Location: Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.Improve OEE, manufacturing yield, productivity, and Batch Right First Time (BRFT).Drive cost reduction, waste elimination, and process optimization projects.Analyze manufacturing data and prepare KPI dashboards.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure effective CAPA implementation.Facilitate Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and SMED projects.Support digital manufacturing initiatives, including MES, ERP, and data analytics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in Operational Excellence within pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing.Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and Continuous Improvement.Exposure to tablets, capsules, creams, ointments, oral liquids, oncology, or sterile manufacturing is preferred.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.Knowledge of SAP, MES, Power BI, and advanced Excel is preferred.We're Looking For:✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills✔ Data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills✔ Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
