CAP Group continues to grow its portfolio of brands and outlets, offering career opportunities for professionals who value quality, customer experience, and operational excellence.Role Description The Operational Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya, responsible for overseeing daily operations across CAP Group outlets and ensuring consistent service quality. This position coordinates staffing, work schedules, and workflow to maintain smooth restaurant and bakery operations while meeting sales and customer satisfaction targets. The Operational Leader monitors performance metrics, manages inventory and supplies, and implements standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and cost control. The role includes leading and coaching teams, resolving operational issues, collaborating with management on projects and initiatives, and supporting new outlet openings or process improvements as needed.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, monitor KPIs, and support data-informed decision-making.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide frontline staff, and interact with customers and stakeholders.Candidates should possess Sales capabilities to drive revenue growth, support promotional activities, and optimize customer experience to increase repeat business.Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee daily outlet activities, manage resources, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and service standards.Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan and execute operational initiatives, support new outlet setups, and manage continuous improvement projects.Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in F&B or hospitality operations, team leadership experience, familiarity with basic financial and inventory management, and proficiency in relevant office and POS systems.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
